InfraStrategies is supporting the City of Charlotte with the development of a ​financial model and financial strategies to advance a multibillion dollar, ​multimodal program of transportation, greenway, roadways network, bicycle ​facility, and transit improvements within Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

​InfraStrategies is working with City staff and City Council to develop and refine ​program revenue estimates, program phasing assumptions, federal funding ​assumptions, and other key financial model inputs in preparation for a ​potential countywide sales tax referendum.
